In major sporting events like the Olympics, athletes undergo drug testing post-competition to maintain fairness.

However, the focus primarily remains on ensuring fairness rather than prioritizing athlete safety, as there is no mandated health-testing program in place. Surprisingly, a significant portion of Olympians, approximately 44%, have reportedly used enhancements in the past year, potentially exposing themselves to undiscovered health risks without repercussions.
Recognizing the need for comprehensive health measures, athletes participating in the Enhanced Games will benefit from complimentary medical screenings before competing.
These screenings will encompass various assessments such as echocardiograms, blood tests, and genomic sequencing to provide a holistic overview of each athlete’s health status. This proactive approach empowers athletes to make informed decisions regarding their readiness to compete, ensuring their safety on the field.
Furthermore, the objective of athlete training extends beyond mere performance enhancement to encompass the optimization of overall health. In the realm of health optimization, monitoring key biomarkers plays a pivotal role in maximizing athletic performance.
The forthcoming Enhanced Medical Pre-Screening Protocol, currently under development, aims to enable athletes to monitor their biomarkers leading up to competitions. This initiative not only creates a roadmap for achieving athletic excellence but also serves as a foundation for informing personalized performance strategies, including tailored therapies, dietary plans, sleep patterns, and training regimens.
